Aglow is our secure payment partner. They handle the technical side of your weekly payments so we can focus entirely on your clinical results. Once you join a program, you’ll have full access to your account via their easy-to-use platform.

Absolutely. As your skin evolves, your needs might change. You can transition between programs or upgrade to a more intensive protocol by speaking with your skin specialist during your next clinical review.

Our skin programs are designed to support long-term treatment planning and consistency of care. Because of this, some programs may include a minimum term discussed with you before commencement

After the minimum term:
Once your agreed minimum term has been completed (for example, 6 or 12 months), you may cancel your program at any time without additional cancellation fees.

If you cancel early:
If you choose to end your program before the minimum term is complete, an early cancellation fee may apply. This is typically calculated as 50% of the remaining program balance.

Completed treatments:
If treatments included within your program have already been provided but not yet fully paid for, the remaining balance for those completed services will still be payable.

Yes. The Treatment Wallet is designed to provide flexibility. You may pause contributions or cancel future payments at any time through the Aglow app.

Please note that existing wallet balances are generally non-refundable and remain available for use on eligible clinic services or skincare products. Exceptions may apply in cases of documented financial hardship or where treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable.

Any remaining balance remains securely linked to your digital wallet and can continue to be used for eligible treatments or skincare purchases at the clinic, subject to the clinic's terms and conditions.
