Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to book with us. We're a small clinic, and we love what we do! To make sure everyone can get the care they need and to maintain our high standards, we have a few simple policies in place.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes things come up. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to another client. For appointments over an hour or for package bookings, a cancellation within 48 hours will result in a $100 rebooking fee.

Deposits

We take a deposit when you book to secure your time slot. This amount is then taken off your total on the day of your appointment.

  • A $50 deposit is required for standard appointments lasting less than an hour.
  • A $100 deposit is required for appointments lasting one (1) hour or more, including follow-up appointments.
