The 1:1 Shadow Day

Who this is for: Ideal for aspiring (observational only) or early-career registered nurses in aesthetic practice who want to experience a real day in a busy aesthetic clinic
What’s included:
- A full day observing RN Jennifer Carly, one-on-one.
- A behind-the-scenes look at the entire client journey, from consultation to aftercare.
- Observation of different procedures performed by qualified clinicians, with a huge emphasis on safety protocols.
- Practical guidance on compliant and effective client communication.
- A Q&A session with RN Jennifer Carly to discuss your specific career questions.

The Month-Long Business Mentorship

What will be covered:
- Four weekly one-on-one sessions with RN Jennifer Carly.
- Developing business strategy and defining unique brand identity.
- Learning how to market yourself in a compliant way that attracts the right clients.
- Designing a professional client experience from first enquiry to follow-up
- Overview of financial management for private practice (pricing frameworks, cashflow basics)
