We recommend 3-5, 10-minute treatments per week for 4-6 weeks, followed by maintenance as desired.

  • Cleanse and dry skin
  • Loop the head straps and slot in the eye protectors into the mask.
  • Plug the Type-C cable connector into the mask port of the controller.
  • Hold the mask close to your face and fasten the straps around your head.
  • Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on. The default mode is red light mode.
  • Switch to the desired light mode/combination.

DO NOT use Bright On LED Mask if you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity, if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or suffer from light-induced headaches. If you are unsure about any medications, please consult your health care provider.
